    We send monthly email invoices which can be paid by e-transfer or cheque.

    We create services exclusively for your own needs and for own finances. We get you in touch with your personal home assistant so that you have a person who always knows the littie details that mater to you.
  • Do l need to sign a contract for your services ?
    For any of our sevices, it is not necessary to enter into a contract. We offer the same service with the same high ethical principles for any one-time agreement. The difference lies in the discounts we offer on long-term clients.
  • Do I have to do anything before the cleaning
    You do not have to do anything before we come and visit, but we recommend you tidy most belongings so our team can spend their time more efficiantly cleaning and not tidying.
  • What is Customized Pricing?
    If you need specific help with only certain areas or your home or office, we are more then happy to try and work within your budget to meet your needs. Just ask!

Cancellation Policy

We believe that 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment is a fair time for any changes or cancellation of service.

in the event of a time / day change call us. Even if 24 hours have passed we will do our best to assist you.

In the event of cancellation in less than 24 hours.

  in that case the company holds the minimun deposit required for the booking to be valid if required.
